BIG Bowling™  LIMITED BOWLING BALL WARRANTY

BIG Bowling™ balls carry a warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended and provided proper care. Product Registration extends the Product Warranty period for 9 (nine) additional months (270 days.) Product Registration must be completed online or postmarked within 90 days from the date of purchase to qualify for the extended warranty. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.

BIG Bowling will repair or replace, at their discretion, any product defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover replacement ball costs, including but not limited to, shipping, fitting, measuring, drilling, tariffs, or duties. Damage caused by pinsetters, improper care, fitting, drilling, or any damage caused by negligence voids this warranty. Any product that contains plugs or has any holes (gripping or balance) drilled ½ inch or less from the locator pin voids this warranty.

BIG Bowling accepts no liability for returned products lost or misplaced during shipment. If the original purchaser disputes the warranty resolution under the terms of this warranty, the original purchaser can submit written notice to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians, Attn: Tribal Administrator, Post Office Box 39, Usk, WA 99180, for resolution.
